Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Orchard Freight Group is a Grand Rapids logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
