Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
