Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
