Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Medical Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
