Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
