Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Beacon Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
