Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Orchard Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
