Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Keystone Freight is a Grand Rapids logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
