Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Wren Legal Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
