Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Nova Bridge Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
