Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Pine Water Authority is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality.
