Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
