Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Cedar Health is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
