Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Hollow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
