Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Des Moines with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
