Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
