Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
