Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
