Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Bridge Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
