Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Fern Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Columbus, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
