Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
