Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
