Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Rowan Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Colorado Springs with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
