Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Field Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
