Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Cleveland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
