Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
