Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
