Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing makes precision components in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
