Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Forge Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
