Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cleveland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
