Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
