Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
