Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Pike Auto Group is a Buffalo company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification.
