Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Buffalo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
