Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Granite Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Buffalo, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
