Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Buffalo region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
