Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
