Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Willow Medical is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
