Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boise producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
