Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Summit Pharma is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
