Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Stonegate West Energy Group is an energy provider in Boise focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
