Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Mill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
