Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Boise, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
