Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Boise with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
