Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
