Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Pharma Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
