Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group is a Austin charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 602 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
