Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Corner Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
