Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Austin, TX)

Greenridge River Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
