Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Clear Freight Associates is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification.
